With an abundance of options to choose from, the possibilities are endless. And this particular build, crafted by Thor Drake of See See Motorcycles, is a true showstopper.
But here's where it gets controversial... Drake didn't settle for just any Sportster. He chose the latest Harley-Davidson Sportster S, a bold move that sets the tone for the entire build. With a liquid-cooled Revolution Max engine displacing 1,252cc, this bike packs a serious punch, producing up to 121 horsepower and 93 pound-feet of torque.
Thor didn't waste any time, starting with the suspension. He prioritized adding ground clearance and raising the seat height, resulting in a taller, more commanding presence. This tracker stance is further enhanced by fresh suspension hardware, creating a dynamic and aggressive look.
Let's talk about the front end. The factory forks were replaced with inverted units from a Suzuki GSX-R, held securely by custom billet aluminum triple clamps. The same Gixxer also provided sturdy Tokico brake calipers, paired with floating wave-style rotors and braided stainless-steel hoses. A matching Galfer wave disc was added to the rear brake, and the suspension underwent a complete overhaul.
The unsprung territory is occupied by a pair of front wheels from a different model-year Sportster S, and the rear wheel is driven by a premium belt drive mechanism engineered by Gates. This setup includes a Moto X9 carbon belt and a stainless-steel front sprocket, ensuring durability and precision.
The powerful V-twin engine received some thoughtful modifications. A sleek stainless-steel exhaust system, crafted in collaboration with Sawicki Speed, enhances the bike's sound and performance. Additionally, a Dynojet Power Vision 4 module optimizes fuel mapping, allowing the Sportster to deliver the same power at the rear wheel as it did at the crank.
Improved temperature management is achieved with a higher-spec aftermarket radiator, ensuring the engine stays cool under pressure. But the cosmetic upgrades are where this build truly shines. The stock Sportster S fuel tank remains, but the rear subframe has been extensively modified to accommodate a range of fresh components.
A stylish tracker tail section and a sleek solo seat, upholstered in black leather, add to the bike's aesthetic. The subframe features integrated LED lighting and a simple license plate holder. Up front, a tracker-style number board with an integrated LED headlight completes the look, while the absence of a front fender gives it a clean, streamlined appearance.
