The entire Animation Courtyard is being rebranded as ‘The Walt Disney Studios,’ drawing inspiration from the Burbank buildings. Even the theater housing The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure will be renamed the Studio Theater. Plus, there’s a fresh Disney Jr. show in the works for the soundstage, replacing Disney Jr. Play and Dance!, which closed in September 2025.
