Ben Griffin ties the knot with Dana Myerooff in an opulent Palm Beach celebration, closing out a standout year on the PGA Tour as a newly married man.
On Saturday, the 29-year-old golfer exchanged vows with his fiancée, Dana Myeroff, at The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. The couple welcomed 125 guests who experienced the locale’s quintessential Florida magic firsthand.
“Weddings are usually the moment in life when everyone you love can come together in one place to celebrate,” the bride told People. “We aimed to make the guest experience a top priority, especially since many attendees were traveling from out of state, so they could truly feel the charm of Palm Beach.”
The bride and groom became engaged last July after two years of dating and chose vows written by the couple themselves for the ceremony, according to Myeroff.
The ceremony was officiated by Doug Sieg, CEO of Lord Abbett, who helped finance Griffin’s comeback story. Griffin had stepped away from golf four years ago before rejoining the Tour in 2023.
“My best weekend of my life,” Myeroff shared on Instagram after the wedding.
This year has etched itself into memory for both of them. Griffin secured his first PGA Tour win at the Zurich Classic in April, alongside American teammate Andrew Novak, followed by his first solo victory at the Charles Schwab Challenge a month later.
“I’m still finding it hard to put into words the feeling of watching the person you love most achieve their childhood dreams,” Myeroff wrote on social media in May. “I’m incredibly proud of you, Ben, and the journey you took to get here. Your dream realized is also mine.”
As Griffin’s performance climbed, he earned a spot on captain Keegan Bradley’s Team USA Ryder Cup roster this year.
Shortly after Team Europe’s triumph at Bethpage Black, Griffin claimed his third PGA Tour title at the World Wide Technology Championship in November. He currently sits at world No. 9.
